Summary
The app works without an account, without registration, without ads and without tracking. There are no analytics services. All game data stays on your device. The app transmits no personal data to us. Only the processing of in-app purchases requires technically necessary data.
Data stored locally
Player names, match results, statistics, training data and settings are stored exclusively on your device. They never leave it and are not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes them.
The backup feature creates a file with your data on request. It is only stored or shared where you place it yourself via the iOS share sheet. How that file is handled afterwards is up to you.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under Apple's privacy terms. We do not receive any payment data from Apple.
To unlock and validate purchases, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., 300 California St., San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) as a data processor. Processed data: a randomly generated anonymous user ID, App Store receipt data and technical device information (device type, iOS version, language). No names, e-mail addresses or contact details are transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Voice output (score caller)
Score announcements use the operating system's speech engine, directly on the device. No data is transmitted to us or to third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we store no personal data about you, you can delete your locally stored data at any time (backup feature or deleting the app).
